In true American fashion we Belganized an American IPA to bring you an incredibly complex, aggressively hoppy pint. The special Belgian strain of yeast used in fermentation allows this 97 IBU ale to have an incredibly unique dry finish!

I was rather disappointed with this one. To dry, chalky and medicinal for my taste. +++ Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured an incredibly murky yellow-peach color with a small foamy yellow-white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was dry and chalky with Sweettart candy and a herbal and medicinal presence. The flavor was dry, bitter and very chalky with notes of Sweettart candies and again an odd herbal and medicinal presence. The finish was long, dry, chalky and medicinal. Fairly full in body. Not good.
