Sampled on draft this beer poured a bright golden color with a small white head. The aroma was sweet, tangy and had a noticeable plum element. The flavor was sweet and fruity with notes of plum and apricot. The finish was long and fruity. Lovely.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cloudy maple color, thin wispy head. Subtle aroma, slightly sulphurous, a little vegetable/leafy. Fruity, lightly sour, a little vinegar, lightly sweet and bitter. About half-crisp. Fairly fizzy, medium-light body. Interesting. Raspberries would have done a little better, in my opinion.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours yellow with white head. Hazy. Fruity nose with slight malt. Taste is sweet plum with balanced malt profile. Little hop character, but a crisp finish . Another spot on fruit beer from the boys at R-towne.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the Pour House. I’m guessing this is similar to the beer of the same name that once graced John Harvard’s in Monroeville. A hazy plum flesh color with a small fizzy white head. The aroma is grassy with some indiscernible fruit sweetness. From the taste, I wouldn’t know it was plum if you didn’t tell me. Very grainy with a little hint of what seems like plum, but it could almost be mistaken for skunking. A very light body, but it would be ok for a refreshing summer beer.
