This porter has a delicious chocolate character and was aged on Madagascar vanilla beans to create a finish that is delightfully deceiving.

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2012 Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a black color with a small foamy brown head that faded and left some lacing. The aroma was vanilla and toasty malts. The flavor was strong vanilla, chocolate, marshmallow and toasty malts. Fairly sweet and malty with a hint of cola. The finish was long with lingering vanilla, chocolate and marshmallow. Medium body and smooth. Well done.
