COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A special type of yeast gives this German Hefeweizen a fantastic banana and clove character. Be careful, this beer may make you go wild.

The beer pours straw colored with some cloudiness, pretty good head for a growler pour. The aroma is definately wheat spiciness, that leans toward a heavy clove. The flavor is also spice with banana and clove notes and some funkiness. There is definately a heavy spiciness to this beer. A very authentic wheat.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a murky golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma was dryish and musty with faint clove and banana. The flavor was nutty and yeasty with notes of banana, clove and bubblegum. The finish was long with bubblegum and banana. Full bodied. Very nice.

Very nice wheat beer. Good yellow puor with a big head. Aroma of banana. Taste of belgian spice. Very nice light finish. Quite tasty for a hot summer night.

On tap at Rivertowne. Light banana clove aroma with some sulfury notes. Light Perle hops, perhaps, with some wheat aroma. Cloudy pale amber with no head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Starts wheaty with good clove and lemony citrus bitterness and acidity. BIt of sulfur and acidic carbonation. A little more sour than usual but good.
