4 OZ sampler on draft. Hazy lite golden color. Aroma of bananas, coriander, orange. Medium sweetness, lite bodied. Enjoyed this.

Pours pineapple juice into the glass. Strong orange fruity smells that lept out of a shampoo bottle. Nice flavors on the tongue with a fine dryness on the finish. Refreshing summer beer.

Sample at the brewpub. This brew pours a hazy yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates to a film. Rings of lacing on the glass. Sweet spices and yeast in the nose. Light body with flavors of cloves, yeast and fruit. The finish is wheaty and spicy with a lingering sweet aftertaste. Average overall.

Sampled at 2009 Pittsburgh Brufest. Poured a cloudy pale yellow with a small white head that left a tiny bit of lacing. Pretty basic aromas and flavors of orange, wheat, coriander. Very light bodied; too thin. Overall though, a very respectable Witbier.

Draught at Monroeville: Aroma of Belgian yeast, coriander, wheat, and some pollen. Poured pale yellow in color with a small white head that diminished but lasted around the edges. Hazy. Not sparkling. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of wheat, coriander, slight Curacao, slight grains, slight pepper, and some orange. Light body. Thin texture. Average carbonation. Sweet, yeast, and coriander finish.

This was an average wit for me. There is some good spice to the beer that tends to stand our but I do not get any fruitiness to balance out the spiciness. So to me, this beer trends more toward yeast spice or corriander. A good beer if you like that thing. Alcohol is pretty well hidden so it is fairly easy to drink. It had low carbonation but I was drinking from a growler.

Had at the brew at the zoo in Pittsburgh. Poured a hazy white gold color with medium amount of foamy white head. Aroma is a wheaty base with lots of citrus and spice. Flavor a bit watery with some yeastiness and spice. Overall, ok but not great.

Another good wit from these guys. Seems to be their specialty. Nice light aroma color and flavor. Just like it should be.

Yes, cloudy white like a good wit. Very strong spice and orange aroma. Bubblegum initial flavors. Has a lot of the good ol wit flavors bud is quite spicy. Belgie wit flavors. A little more spice than I care for in a wit. Some spice and medicine on the finish, does not hide alky content well.

Draught sample from the Pour House. Nice and spicy with lots of coriander and orange peel. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Not too much in the nose but had a pleasant sulfury notes to it. Cloudy pale straw in color with a thin head. A bit too sweet.
