Kukoricasör, mexikói kocsmasör.
A Cortez egy mexikói kocsmasör, amelynek ízvilága karakteresen különbözik a malátából készül söröktől. Míg a kukoricagríz a legtöbb sörfőzdében egy pótanyagot jelent, a Rizmajer Cortez sörének alapját, a sör főzésének gerincét jelenti. A Cortez a Rizmajer Sörfőzde különleges, kísérletező kedvű hozzáállásának eredménye. A Cortez különleges, elsősorban mexikói ételek kiváló kísérője. A Rizmajer kukoricasörének ízvilága főként azokkal az ételekkel harmonizál, amelyek összetevői között a kukoricaliszt is megtalálható.

Draught, served with lemon (I didn’t ask it). Pale yellow colour, with a small white head. Smell is corn, with some little hop. Taste too, a bit waterish. Drinkable. Ok with some spicy food.

Small white head. Clear yellow body. Faint mealy aroma. Dry papery rubbery taste with strawy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel, slightly mealy. Dryish mealy grassy strawy aftertaste with herbal notes. Rather like a pils. Boring. (0.3l draft at Léhűtő, Budapest. Apparently contains maize.)

Hazy pale, white head minimal Cereal and a hint of sour, fresh aroma Sweet, slightly bitter, sour and astringent finish After taste...something that remembers corn Quite watery and anonimous beer (but not so sour....)

Inspirerad av Mexiko, ger en tunn och tämligen smaklös lager. Nĺgot bättre än tex sol och liknande.

Draught. Clear yellow colour, medium sized creamy white head, soft carbonation. Yeasty-corny nose and aroma escorted by biscuits. Slick, soft mouthfeel. Short to medium long, malty finish underpainted by some grassy hops. Easy one.

Draught on a festival, Budapest.
Pale yellow colored, small white head. Popcorn aroma, clean taste with maize, some lurking minimál hop. Drinkable, not an exciting one.

Fragrance of homebrewed beers -not a bit of corn. Aroma is sweet, some corn. Taste is sweet, maybe too sweet, treacly with corn.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2013 Draught at Főzdefeszt III, Budapest. Yellow coloured, small white head, veeery lively carbonation, hint of lemon in the nose. Slight yeasty and bready with pretty strong corn presence. Somehow even lactic with short finish. All in all not so good beer.
Draught at the brewpub. Served with slice of lemon. Light yeasty and quite lactic taste with pronounced maize presence. Some light acidity (from the lemon of course) in the finish.
