Very cloudy yellow golden pour with a thick creamy white head. The nose is spicy - herbal/fruity flavour over a sweet spicy malt base. Some light noble hop character but this is mostly about the yeast. Really estery and chewy with a nice fruitiness but there’s also a clashy sort of yeastiness that doesn’t really work for me.

A nice Belgian IPA. But you wouldn’t know that by seeing a DIPA with a low rating, and picking it off the shelf at Marche Omni. It was a very good drinkable summer treat.

Clear amber ale with an off-white, thick foam. Aroma is low, but citrus, pine, belgian yeast and spice are there. Taste is a little bitter, some spice and citrus are present. Aftertaste is good. Palate is creamy with a nice carbonation.

The style they claim this to be is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy off. I am not sure what passes for an IPA in the Belgian yeast heavy Province of Quebec but my stars this is not an IPA nor a DIPA. It pours a hazy golden straw colour with a thin, off-white head. Cheesy, floral funk wafts up as well as fermented fruitcake and wood smoke and wheat. Taste is wheat, raisins, orange and coriander with mild citrus hops. This medium thin bodied beer has a bitter finish and the taste masks the alcohol quite well.

I guess this is supposed to be a Belgian style IPA. It poured a light cloudy copper, with a thin off white head. Had a complex aroma that was cheesy, floral, funk, and even some smoked jerky like smell. Tasted like a beefed up witbier with wheat, raisins, coriander, mild citrus, and spice. Had very little bitterness with a medium thin body. The taste really lingers with this brew, but all that alcohol is masked quite well. I wish the hop flavour would stand out more in this brew,
