Jun 26, 2008 Dark tan, a bit hazy, with a smallish white head. Nose is of honey and cereal. Flavor has a smallish shot of citric hops, and a nice bit of honey. Surprisingly well-crafted product from a big regional brewer.

does not count  Jun 11, 2008 Unfortunately had to drink straight from the bottle. Slight malty aroma (for what I could get anyway) and a malty taste with a mouthfeel that lingered a bit like cream.

May 11, 2008 Poured pale amber with minimal head. Faint malty aroma. Thin taste, slighty metallic.

Feb 1, 2008 Bottle. Pours clear light amber with a fading white head. Just a touch of grassy hops in the aroma, and a bit of bread and fruit. Medium-light body and moderate carbonation. There seems to be some fusel influences at work here, it sort of dries out in mid-palate, which doesn’t get the marzen thing working for me.
