Golden amber pour with a big billowing white head that takes a minute to settle down. Aromas of Belgian yeast and flowers. Tastes are of lemon, grass, spices, and a hint of vanilla. Fairly complex. Nice Belgian style IPA.

Pale orange-yellow pour. Hazy with a thick white head. The nose is softly hoppy and lightly wheaty with a little bit of yeasty spice as well. Light tasting for a 6.2% beer.

Pours clear gold lots of foamy white head and lacing. Nose is fruity, yeast, citrus. Med bitter light sweet. Full almost creamy body.

750 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a murky golden orange with average-sized white head with good retention. Aroma is quite herbal and spicy with wheat, tree fruit and grass. Flavour is also big on a herbal hop note, with a white pepper spiciness, wheaty malt, lemon, apple and grassiness. Lively carbonation. Nice one.

Bottle from LCBO. BB March 2018. Pours hazy, bright translucent golden with big off-white head that retains and laces very well. The aroma is Belgian yeast and wheaty graininess mixed with hoppy grassiness and faint hints of spices - absolutely lovely. I mean, nothing spectacular, just plain good. Same goes for the taste: pure, clean, wheaty-grainy, mellow malty sweet and mellow bitter of grassy hops. The carbonation is extremely soft but not without an enjoyable little zing, and together with the almost watery mouthfeel make for a real easy-drinker. Overall I think this is a wonderful brew. Simple, absolutely, but oh so good. Would take this back home if it were available in less heavy containers (this one came in a 750 ml corked bottle).

Pours hazy yellow gold with a white head that laces the glass. Citrus, hops and floral aroma. Taste is grapefruit, hops and grain, very tart with a bitter finish. High carbination. Descent beer.

750ml bottle from the University Plaza LCBO. Pours a clear golden colour, massive white head some drippy lace. Nose is sweet, floral, some hop, fruity, bubblegum. Tastes initially bitter, a little malt sweetness, the wheat is the winner here. Nice and light.

Really nice Belgian wheat. Citrus notes are apparent but not as strong as other belgian wheat beers. Neutral but flavourful beer.

[Bottle (750ml)] Pours a hazy gold with a huge lasting frothy white head. Some long-lasting lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat, a good amount pf herbal & grassy hops, yeast, fruit and light pepper. Slightly watery, but nice flavour follows -- gets fruitier the more you drink it and has a long moderate+ bitter finish. Average bodied. Better then expected it, it’s quite good.
