341 ml bottle from Les Marchands de Bières (Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec) on January 23, 2014. White pale yellow, medium head., Very hoppy aroma, with hints of spicy wheat. A typical white, but really hoppy taste, bitter herbs. Another surprise from the brewery RJ!

750ml bottle from the University Plaza LCBO. Pours a clear golden colour, massive white head some drippy lace. Nose is sweet, floral, some hop, fruity, bubblegum. Tastes initially bitter, a little malt sweetness, the wheat is the winner here. Nice and light.

Really nice Belgian wheat. Citrus notes are apparent but not as strong as other belgian wheat beers. Neutral but flavourful beer.

[Bottle (750ml)] Pours a hazy gold with a huge lasting frothy white head. Some long-lasting lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat, a good amount pf herbal & grassy hops, yeast, fruit and light pepper. Slightly watery, but nice flavour follows -- gets fruitier the more you drink it and has a long moderate+ bitter finish. Average bodied. Better then expected it, it’s quite good.

0,75l bottle. Hazy yellow honey body, thick white head. The aroma is hoppy, and the flavor is citrusy and with a juice hoppy finish. Quite wit except for the hops.

First things first: this bottle is a steal for the price! Beautiful mandarin orange pour, with a thick & fluffy white cap of foam across the top Tropical fruit, exotic fruit salad, spicing, green hops. Very delicate & nuanced & finely balanced. To call it an ipa is sorta silly & probably causes beer geek confusion. Bet if people tried & rated it blind they’d show more love. Recommended & appreciate the price.

Bottle from the LCBO. Hazy pale orange with a big fluffy off white head that takes a long time to settle and leaves a ton of lace. Nose is yeast dominant with some pepper, lemon peel, grass, citrus and resin and a hint of honey. Flavour follows the nose with a great smooth balance of light honey sweetness underneath a medium bitterness and similar spice. Mouth is medium slick with prickly carbonation and a smooth dry finish. This leans much further to the Belgian side of ’Belgian style dry-hopped IPA’ as described on the label, but that’s not a bad thing. 8-/4+/8+/4-/16

750ml bottle. Straight off, this looks smells, and tastes like a Belgian Tripel, so IPA is a VERY deceiving label. It is however solid, given the price. Pours a hazy pale gold with a 2 finger off-white head. On the nose, resinous notes, Belgian yeast, wet concrete, light black pepper, light lemon zest, and a very faint caramel note. Taste wise, mineral heavy out of the gates with lemon peel, Belgian yeast, and light resinous notes that heads into more wet concrete, light lemon zest and plenty of bitter mineral hopping.
