Clear brown appearance with a medium size, tan head and a fair amount of lacing. Subtle aroma leads off with caramel malts and ends with a faint whiff of chocolate. Toasty, malty taste; some bitterness. Hops were rather muted. Medium-to-light bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel, a fairly thin palate, and a short lived finish.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Brickskeller, 7/31/09

Aroma: Nice malty nose, caramel, honey, chocolate, toasted malts
Appearance: Nice brown color, clear, tan head
Flavor: Like the nose, malty sweetness up front, sweet, roasted characteristics too
Palate: A bit watery/thin, decent mouthfeel
Overall Impression: Id seen this one in the store a few times, but never bought it. This beer is fair, I would like a bot more body in a brown, but it had a decent taste, and a nice enough nose.
