Draught at TJís: Aroma of ginger-snaps, butter, spice, pumpkin, and a little nutmeg. Poured amber in color with a small, creamy, dense, off-white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Hazy. Not sparkling. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of butter, spices, ginger, ginger-snaps, pumpkin, and some cloves. Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Pumpkin, ginger, spice, finish is lightly dry.

Cloudy orange pour with a creamy white head. Spicy aroma with clove, cinnamon and some honey and citrus. Honey, cinnamon, citrus, and a clove ending. Decent beer.

On the first day of Christmas 2011 I drank the first snow day ale which pours burnt orange with a white head. Aroma is caramel, honey, nutmeg and citrus. Taste is sweet with light bitters on the finish. Light mouthfeel with some stickyness. Oerall this was much better as it warmed, the aroma and flavor was lacking at first. Somewhat metallic aftertaste.

Bottle. Didnt pour it in a glass, looked somewhat pale through the bottle. Full of cinnamon and spices, a little bit of hops. Somewhat bland in the world of winter beers. Glad I only bought a single. However, still glad that I bought local!

Pours a cloudy light amber with off white head. Smell is dominated by spices, most notable is nutmeg, with hints of honey and figs. Taste is very interesting. It starts with spice on the forefront, then leads to what you expect from a pale ale, then back to an even bigger spice finish. Mouthfeel is a little thin for a beer with such a big spice profile. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: DEC 19, 2012 Pours a light amber almost orange with a small off white head. The head settles quick to a ring that leaves a light lace. The aroma is very spiceful and you can tell they brew with a very similar spice blend as their pumpkin seasonal. The tast is a punch of pumpkin spice up front including mostly nutmeg with some cinnamon and clove in the background. The spice fades to a slight malty taste with a little caramel, but this falls fast...the beer leaves you wanting more on the back end, which is somewhat disappointing. Decent overall, good on those cold nights

Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is of nutmeg, spices, and some caramel malts. Flavor is strong of the nutmeg and spices. Not much on the finish. Overall, not bad.

Bottle split with vi. Pours a clear dark amber body with small head. Aroma is nice pumpkin spice. Mouthfeel is thin with plain notes of spice and sweet malts. This was pretty forgettable.

Best part was the smell. Poured with a small to medium sized, fine, off white that settled down to a ring after a bit and no lace. Color is a hazy pumpkin pie amber (which is a nice coincidence the same spices used to brew with) with some bubble trails. Aroma is mainly those spices, beer, and later a little funk. Flavor is likewise, but without much malt to balance, which also proly leads to my view that the body is a bit light too although good carbonation. Finish is like flavor and of average length for a spice beer. Iím not finishing mine. Wish I had some cheese or something to neutralize my mouth.

Bottle. Light clear orange with a white head. Ginger, all-spice, and cinammon in the aroma. Makes me think of some pumpkin-spice brews in the flavor with some graham cracker, spice, zest, and some nutmeg. Thinner body is a bit of a turnoff. Not bad, but not great.
