3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
About as average as they come in terms of stout. Nothing terribly wrong here other than being a bit thin but nothing stands out either. Opaque pour w/ a quickly fading tan head that leaves spotty lacing. The aroma has some nice chocolate notes that are a tad underwhelming. The taste is similar as the chocolate notes are there & some roasted notes are in the finish but there just isn’t enough to make this great. It easily drinkable at 6.5% however!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Coffee black pour with a small tan head. Aroma of smokey malt and light roasted coffee with a hint of sweet black licorice. Taste of same big smokey smooth slightly sweet malt with bakers chocolate and bright coffee under tones. Overall a well balance and complex stout that is made for easy sipping.
