3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
BOD 10/27/14. Cloudy amber pour with a high degree of suspended flocculants. Normal head volume, lacing and retention.
Light, but nice, nose of blended hops (citrus, floral and pine) over a caramel background.
Heavy medium body with a smooth texture that has creamy elements. Above normal carbonation with a bit of effervescence in the middle and a nice burst in the finish.
The flavor profile is intense, but lacks complexity and balance. It begins with a blend of pine and grapefruit hop flavor that flows into an average bitterness displaying the same flavors. The middle allows a shallow caramel sweetness to be detected, but comes no where near balancing. The finish is a lingering rind flavored bitterness.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a pretty murky copper color with floaties permeating throughout. Weak aromas of piney hops, mostly yeast. Flavor is mostly tame, with some earthy hops beating around. Easy as hell to drink, but nothing really sticking out to me.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Location: 12 oz bottle from Bruisin’ Ales, after midnight on NYE, so technically 1/1/15, We’ll definitely call this my FIRST TICK of 2015!!!
Aroma: Decent aroma which has some earth hops, bread, spice, and a little orange
Appearance: The color is murky orange, with absolutely no head and some light, drippy lace
Flavor: Flavor-wise, I got some decent, though lighter, bitterness, along with a mild sweetness
Palate: The body is medium, fairly clean, a little sticky, a little dry, and a little off
This one is not the greatest. It isn’t a bad beer, but it isn’t a good one either. I could probably have rang in the new (rating) year better. Anyway, happy new year to all! May it be as ticktastic as you want it to be...

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A medium amber body with a white head that had some retention and nice lace. Aroma had some caramel malts upfront and a bit of corn. Hops had a nice blend of mostly grapefruit and pine. There was a mild floral note. Flavor was all hops. Grapefruit hops dominated but did not over power. Dry finish.
