COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An unfiltered American wheat ale made with real mean peaches. The only thing missing is the fuzz. Savor the anger.

Pours a cloudy wheat color with tons of peach smell. Not much in the lacing dept. The taste is a lot like hard candy peach. Very sweet. Not much else to tell. It’s carbonated. Overall, this beer is all about the artificial peach additive.

12oz bottle I received in a beer of the month club. Pours clear golden peach color with white head. Aromas of fresh peaches and wheat. Flavor is dominated by a strong metallic peach syrup flavor with some wheat mixed in. Rather undrinkable. Maybe I got a bad bottle.

12 oz. Cloudy amber-peach color with a lasting creamy head. Nose is peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Flavor is similar, but thankfully not so sweet. The right touch of earthy spiciness, wheat and woody bitterness to pull this one off. Medium body is soft and creamy, with just enough carbonation and hop tingle to carry away the residual sweetness. Very nice.

Very nice fruit ale, with a good beer underneath, some hops, great fragrance and subtile peach flavor without sweetness, and an Ice cream feel.

So, I’ve been saying how don’t really fruity wheat ales and that they always seem fake or artificial. Well, I’m gonna have to back off that a little bit. Big fresh peach aroma, and big fresh peach flavor. Not cloying or overbearing (at least from a couple of samples I had. I imagine a steady diet of this stuff could get tiring...), and some vanilla, with just the slightest bit of a hop bite.

When you grow up in the South you learn to love peaches. This one pours a hazy light golden orange with minimal head and decent ringlets of lacing. Big peach aroma right away and dominant, brown sugar, wet wheat, peach syrup. Taste is Peach dominant also, which is fine with me, this is like Georgia or South Carolina in a bottle!, light earthiness with the wee bit of hops, sweet, tasty, Southern. Loved it. Been wanting to try this one and it didn’t disappoint.

Pours a hazy golden copper. Peach aroma is intense, so is the flavor. Not my thing, but if you like peaches you’ll love this beer.

Not bad at all. Dominating peach flavor, of course, but it wasn’t overly sweet. Very drinkable and light. Not much else going on.

Poured a hazy orange/honey color with a good amount of sediment floating around. Thin white head. Strong aroma of sweet peaches. Taste is mostly of peaches as well. There are some bitter hops in the finish which combine weirdly with the peach flavors. Dry in the finish as well. Overall pretty flavorful, but it’s more of a peach smoothie than a beer.

From the bottle at SAVOR 2011. Served in a goblet. ours a slightly-cloudy peach color with a small white head and a few spots of lacing on the way down. The nose brings peach character that is reminiscent of a Jolly Rancher. Very artificial. The taste is the same way, except it tastes like artificial sweetener as well. Too sweet and that’s in a bad way. Not a fan at all. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 06-10-2011
