COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An unfiltered American wheat ale made with real mean peaches. The only thing missing is the fuzz. Savor the anger.

Tap at Jack Rose. Gracefully exchanged for the undrinkable Flying Dog Gose made with Old Bay. Pouts cloudy deep orange. Medium creamy foam. Nose is sweeter peach cobbler. Peaches and cream ice cream. Yum. Taste is a bit artificial, sweeter, doughy, thicker. Salty and buoyant with mild hop balance. Some butter and paper in the finish. Mediocre stuff, though drinkable unlike Flying Dog Gose. 9/7/2012 7/4/5/3/12=3.1

12 ounce bottle from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a very hazy orange apricot color with a thin head. Fair head retention and lacing. Aroma is sweet peaches and cream with a bit of breadiness. Tart peaches in the taste with bread and spice. The peach taste seems fairly authentic and fresh. Very strong carbonation and light bodied.

Bottle. Pours peach with white head. Nose is fresh peaches, banana and peach pits. Taste falls short - mostly peach tea with some banana in the finish. Quick finish. Light body.

Bottle from Caponeís. Pours hazy orange with minimal head. Nose is peach, malt. Tastes peachy, dry, with some late tartness and hops.

This beer pours a hazy peach color appropriately enough, with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Fresh peaches and malt in the nose. Light body with a sweet peachy flavor with some wheat and malt in the background. The finish is straight peaches. Points for capturing the base fruit so accurately, but otherwise pretty straightforward.

Bottle. Sweet peach malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet peach and wheat malt flavor with mildly bitter herbal finish. Okay - very light.

Pours a transparent deep golden brass with a thin, stringy-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet, sugary peach nose with some biscuity notes. Starts with a slightly creamy texture with fine carbonation and a soft pale malty sweetness with some herbal grassy bitterness and lightly tart peach flavor before a drier, smooth finish. Fruit-flavored wheat beers arenít really my favorite, but this one isnít too bad.

Bottled. Poured cloudy deep peach with a creamy, well-retained beige head.. some peach kernel (or at least thatís what Iíll pretend it looked like) as sediment on the top.. looked great! The aroma picked up fresh peaches with tart wheat accents plus a little cinnamon.. dirty.. enjoyed it. The flavor found grainy peach meat and vanilla at the core.. wheat tartness on the edges was actually masked by residual sugars.. quite bitter through the finish, also picking up a little of the cinnamon. Light-medium bodied and grainy on the palate.. the bitterness became too sharp at the end, but all-in-all it was tasty.

j12601 (6584) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUN 30, 2010
Bottle at the Shenandoah Throwdown. Pours a hazy milky orange color with a faint white head. Big peach, sweet and juicy smelling, like a nice ripe peach left in a plastic bag almost a bit too long. Thinner than expected, full of sweet caramel flavors. The aroma on here was amazing, but the rest of the beer (though not terrible) didnít live up to the promise.

12 oz bottle. (Stein's Deli) New Orleans, LA. Cloudy amber colour with a small creamy off-white head. Tart ripe peach, mild sweet malt and caramel in the aroma. Wheat, sweetness, bitterness and ripe peaches in the flavour. Not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
