An unfiltered American wheat ale made with real mean peaches. The only thing missing is the fuzz. Savor the anger.

Tasted 8/2/09. 12oz bottle. My first rating from South Carolina! Activated pour produces a lively hiss and a finger width of quickly dissipating off-white head. Hazy and sedimented with a dark golden hue. Abundant fruity aromas, but pleasant. Medium bodied with crisp effervescence. There’s an odd maple, vanilla note that somehow doesn’t quite meld with the rest of the flavors. Tart and tangy with a bready malt character. Somewhat astringent and off. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but the palate suffers because of it.Bitter finish with a lingering sticky sweetness. Candy sweet and tinny. This is just decent...

Bottle from Bruisin’ Ales in Asheville. Attractive enough hazy bright orange pour with thin white head. Nose is sweet peaches... or canned peach syrup and some grainy wheat notes. Tastes more like canned peaches with odd floral notes and I swear something odd like Altoids peppermints. Not too good, but maybe I just unfairly want it to be Festina Peche.

12 oz bottle. Pours a very opaque orange with a thin white head. The peaches are very evident in the aroma. The taste is very underwhelming based on the strong aroma. The flavor is not bad just kinda uneventful.

The aroma is sweet and fruity with artificial peaches, vanilla ice cream, and a hint of yeasty bread. The appearance is orange gold with tons of floating debris. The taste is sweet and harsh with an astringent bitterness. The palate is fizzy from carbonation. Overall a fun beer but not a good beer.

Very peachy! A little too sweet to have more than one. But very refreshing.

Pours amber gold with an off white head. Aroma is all peach, smells great. Taste is sweet with a funky aftertaste. Medium bodied with a sticky finish. Not my cup of tea, the flavor profile comes nowhere close to the aroma.

Bottle. Strong sweet-tart peach aroma. Hazy light amber with a large, dense ivory head, flocculation. Dry peach peel and wheat malt flavor with a light bitter finish. Light body, moderate carbonation. The combination of peach and bitter didn’t work well for me.

On draft at Greenville Spartanburg airport. No joke on the name. Peaches on the nose and peaches on the palate. A good, not great wheat beer. A little less peach would have improved this draft sweetness of the peach was a not overpowering. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

BOD 4/3/15. Pours a cloudy light medium amber with heavy particulate suspension. Virtually no head, lacing or retention. The worst head characteristics I’ve ever seen. Nice nose of canned peaches over a touch of biscuit. No hop character whatsoever. Light body with a texture slightly thicker than water. Below normal carbonation with light effervescence in the finish. The flavor profile is weak in intensity, almost one dimensional but well balanced. It begins with weak canned peaches. The middle is where canned peaches are most intense over a mild bitterness that is accompanied with a balancing biscuit sweetness against a subtle wheat character. The finish is a slow fade of slightly bitter canned peaches.

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2009 [Bottle] Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma isn’t bad--mainly just big on peach and bubblegum. The taste has a lot of bubblegum and peach too, at first...before transitioning into a diacetyl butter bomb with just a little malt evident. Ugh. Fairly thin, slightly dry, long finish. The diacetyl killed this beer for me, and really made it hard to even finish the bottle.
