Honey Amber ale. 12oz bottle. Pours a clear, bright reddish amber. Thin white head. Aroma of sweet caramel malt and a bit of moss. Flavor is of floral honey. Light dough character. Finishes dry, from the touch of honey. Slight bitterness is very well balanced with the flavorful malt body. Light - Medium bodied. Lots of fun to drink.

Draught. Well, this pours amber with a mild white head. I found the nose to be quite astringent, musty with some caramel sweetness and quite a few off-scents.It’s mildly rubbery in the way of flavor with thin caramel and grapefruit then a finish of paper. This didn’t come together in a fashion that made me eager to finish the whole glass, but I eventually and grudgingly did so. I won’t be ordering this anymore.
