COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our spin on a Belgian-style white ale is a beer drinker’s dream. Brewed with a pinch of coriander and a twist of orange peel, this is the perfect anytime ale. When served with a slice of citrus, it delivers a whirlwind of flavor and a crisp finish.

12 ounce bottle - $1.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Appearance: Pours a hazed, yellow-gold body with an inch of slowly-receding white froth and some suspended sediment noted.

Smell: A little finely-ground pepper, a little coriander and a welcome dose of fresh orange rind atop the base of lightly toasted malted wheat.

Taste: An opening of sweetish, honeyish wheat malt followed fast by a big burst of orangey citrusy fruitiness. A little tangy. Pinch of earthy coriander. The orange flavor and most of the initial sweetness carry you through the altogether crisp finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-high carbonation for a lively, active mouthfeel.

Overall: RJ’s WT is a crisp, easy-drinking, welcome wit.

Great name for a beer, however the name did not transfer into great flavor. Poured a golden yellow color with aromas of wheat, bitter orange peel and yeast. Flavors followed suit, not as crisp or fresh as I wanted it to be maybe an old bottle, not the worst out there but a mediocre wheat beer.

Cloudy golden body with thick head, good lacing. Aromas of yeast, bread and slight aroma of citrus. Taste is quite bitter as for Belgian white, has a slight tartness and very light flavour of coriander

Draft at Brew’d Pub. Crystal clear golden color, champagne bubbles. Aroma is peppery and papery. Taste is just odd. I’m giving it a pity point for appearance because of the name.

RJ Rockers Witty Twister has a thin, white head, scant lacing, and a murky, yellow-gold appearance, especially after the bottom contents of the bottle are swished & poured in. The aroma is strong- coriander spice, sweetness, and spicy wheat bread. Taste is of those elements, with a twinkle of orange peel. Mouthfeel is medium and somewhat prickly, and RJ Rockers Witty Twister finishes semi-dry and easy drinking. RJT

bottle @ Habersham Beverage / Savannah GA --- Hazy orange amber with a 1/2" off-white head that stays awhile, light streaks of lace. Taste is wheat and malt that adds tart orange peel and spice as it cruises through the palate to lingering finish that doesn’t require a hop presence to balance. Surprisingly refreshing, like a Wit crossed with a Gose, ideal summer session brew. Recommended.

Draft at Barley’s, Asheville. Hazy yellow, ring of foam. Smells coriander, flowers and...vanilla? Taste is weedy, grassy, leans a little towards sweet. I wasn’t overwhelmed, but I wasn’t underwhelmed. I was whelmed.
