Commercial Description:
AntiGravity is our answer to the call for a natural, craft-brewed Light Ale that actually still has flavour. The challenge was to give the beer a certain body and complexity not usually found in beers at the lighter end of the spectrum Here it is. Antigravity is lighter, but still flavorful; effervescent and playful, but not too hoppy or aggressive. It’s an easygoing ale for times when you want to let someone else run the planet for the day and just enjoy the ride a while. Oh, and it’s an easygoing ale which was awarded Gold in the 2008 Ontario Brewing Awards. We said it was a Light Ale, not a conventional one!

Straw colour. Fairly strawlike nose with faint hop. This is clean, strawlike, fairly sweet. The body is very light. This thing finishes really quickly, clean. Well-made, but truly boring and really, are they going to out-market the global conglomerates?

Fairly basic beer. Cheesy aroma, with som malt. Fizzy carbonation wih a little white, a little lace on very light yellow. Thin mouthfeel, a tad soapy taste. Drinkable.

Bottle 341 ml
Appearance: Crystal clear golden ale with white top. 3+.
Nose: Light , grainy-sweet nose , slight farm like feel.
Flavor/Palate : Light bodied. Slight sourness , grainy like with gentle bitterness around. Light malty finish. Generic ale.

Bottle (355ml). Clear light gold, average quick-diminishing fizzy white head (3-). Slightly honey-sweet dry aroma, scorched straw and something stale and herbal. Taste isn’t bad - honey, clover, mild cereal malt body. Light body, very lively mouthfeel, quick finishing, but very crisp and refreshing - seriously, not bad at all for what it is - can it and toss a sixer in your golf bag.

2008-08-10. Very pale yellow, small white head. Very mild aroma, light straw/grains. Very light bitterness, mild pale malts. Average palate. Clean, mainstream. Nothing wrong with it, but theres not enough of anything for it to be right either. Bland, but I suppose its decent enough for something targeting the Light category? On tap at the Toronto Festival Of Beer

Sampled at the Ontario Brewing Awards at the Esplanade Bier Mrkt. Pours a clear bubbly pale gold with a small diminishing white head. Aroma of grain and faint fruit -- smells alright, there’s nothing bad there, it’s just too mild and dull. Watery, mild Pale Lager flavour -- again, it’s clean but oh so dull. Not much flavour, mild in all respects -- I see no point in drinking this.

Smells like corn, pale yellow, white head. Tastes like..."oh the humanity" harsh, this blows!

Pale yellow. Smells like plastic, buttery bread crusts. Sweet in a candy bar way. Oily. Drinkable, though, and not entirely bad.
