Straw colour. Fairly strawlike nose with faint hop. This is clean, strawlike, fairly sweet. The body is very light. This thing finishes really quickly, clean. Well-made, but truly boring and really, are they going to out-market the global conglomerates?

2008-08-10. Very pale yellow, small white head. Very mild aroma, light straw/grains. Very light bitterness, mild pale malts. Average palate. Clean, mainstream. Nothing wrong with it, but theres not enough of anything for it to be right either. <i>Sampled at the Ontario Brewing Awards at the Esplanade Bier Mrkt.</i> Pours a clear bubbly pale gold with a small diminishing white head. Aroma of grain and faint fruit -- smells alright, there’s nothing bad there, it’s just too mild and dull. Watery, mild Pale Lager flavour -- again, it’s clean but oh so dull. Not much flavour, mild in all respects -- I see no point in drinking this.
