3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
500ml Bottle, 3.8% ABV. Pours a golden colour with a good white head that dissapates quite quickly. Strong hop aroma that is not overpowering in the taste. An easy drinking ale.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear, golden color. Small head that fades quickly and leaves minimal lacing.
Nice, balanced aroma. Some earthy hops and bready malts. Nothing special.
Taste is disappointing. A bit of malt in the front, some zesty, lemony flavor in the middle and a dry aftertaste.
Light and soft body with medium carbonation. No alcohol presence at all.
Overall I didnít enjoy this beer. It looks and smells fine but it really lacks some taste.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
A mid amber gold coloured beer with a frothy white head. A strong aroma of grassy hops, pithy citrus fruit and a cereal maltiness. Dry mouthfeel. A tart hoppy taste, citrus fruit, grassy and slightly metallic, is followed by a biscuity malt flavour that tempers the hoppiness into the finish.

Citrus hit in the taste and a biscuit note in the palate. A nice enough beer to session on but nothing special.

Bottle. Golden with an off white head. Aromas are grain and pepper with light lemon. Herbal with hints of caramel and dusty notes. Flavours are dry grain with light yet sharp lemon. Heavily carbonated with a toasted backbone. Fairly tasty for itís strength.

2.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Aroma: Bread, light hoppy, spicy,
Appearance: Clear golden body with light amber hues. Medium white head.
Flavour: Sweet grain, light bread, crisp, light bitterness, medium sweetness, light fruitiness,
Palate: Light body, high carbonation, carbonic bite,
Overall: The carbonation is too high, giving the beer almost a standard pale lager feel, Leaving the beer for a while does make the beer better.
500 ml bottle, poured.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Morrisons drank at home. Clear gold lasting thin white head. Much like the Titanic golden ale before. Slightly citrusy, clean slightly bitter golden ale. Itís fine. Drinkable enough and almost completely indistinguishable from the Titanic before this one. Bizarre. Fine though and happy to drink it.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Appearance: Clear light/medium amber with finger thick white head.
Aroma: Biscuit, lemon/orange marmalade, floral, slightly peppery and grassy.
Taste: Low/medium bitterness and sourness and low sweetness.
Palate: Thin texture and light body, average/prickly carbonation, lingering dry malty citrus finish with gentle bitterness and citrus tartness.
Comments: Fairly enjoyable summer beer, slightly lacking in flavour and left a glass lace.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
500ml Bottle. This pours a medium thick medium laced white head over a golden body. The aroma is very hoppy with a grapefruit citrus being predominant. It tastes malty to start with which passes to a a sweetness and then the hops kick in - citrus comes to the fore prior to passing to a bitter finish. This is a beaut of a beer. I highly recommend it - and wish it was more widely available.
