Cask; Special - January & February 2012.
Introducing the first of our 2012 seasonal ales, Long Kiss Goodnight is inspired by 1940’s Hollywood glamour, with a sense of intrigue and mystery. This is a premium full bodied ruby red ale with burnt toffee and biscuit malt flavours. Cascade & Target hops give this beer a floral / spicy aroma.

Cask at a bar in Bristol. Pours clear amber with an off white head. Aroma is dominated by malt with some sweet fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Clear medium red amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, fruity - berry sweet. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120119]
