Bottled. Brown with a small off-white head. Sweet milk chocolate aroma. Sweet and cloying chocolate flavour

Slightly hazy copper with a lasting off-white head. Sweet chocolate and cocoa aroma. To my taste, lacking in beer aroma. Sweetish and malty beer with a lot of cocoa flavour. I recognize it’s well made, but not to my taste.

330ml bottle - shared by Mark&Sarah - thanks!
Very gentle chocolate. Slightly metallic hops compared with normal tom. Fuller palate but that may just be because of more sugars.

Bottled 330ml. -from www.beershop.hr
Deep amber coloured, medium sized tannish head, touch of chocolate and cocoa in the nose. Slight roasted malt, milk chocolate and vanilla with subdued fruity notes. Smooth and drinkable, but Young’s Double Chocolate Stout is much better.

Lovely rich chocolate aroma with malt and fruit, vanilla comes through once the beer warms. Deep amber colour with a thin white head. Lace clings to the glass. Great flavour of vanilla and chocolate. Malt flavour comes through at the end. Rich vanilla beer. very nice.

Bottled, 330ml from Bellingers Garage, Grove, Oxon. Golden brown with white head. Smooth silky beer with a sheen of milky chocolate flavour running through it. A little too sweet for me but still flavoursome. Chocolate burps in the close, a worthwhile beer.

500 ml bottle sampled@RBNAG 2009, Cardinal. Dark golden with a thin but nice beige head. Aroma is totally dominated by chocolate and vanilla. Flavor is mild malty, but mostly chocolate, some vanilla and moderate metallic bitter. A bit one-dimensional chocolate flavor here, but still pretty good in moderate amount
