500ml Bottle. Pours orange to slightly red color with a nice white head. No distinct aroma. Fresh, well balanced body. Very drinkable, an excellent session ale. It represents everything I would expect from a typical English ale.

Aroma: Caramel prevails, but thereís some tobacco leaf and a bit of nuttiness; lemon citrus tend towards pine. Appearance: Copper color with a foamy light tan head that settles into a bubbly skin. Flavor: Caramel throughout, much like the nose, but with undercurrents of mostly lemon and slight pine. Doesnít dry out too much and has low residual bitterness. Palate: Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation, abrupt finish. Overall: Solid bottled bitter, but in no way superlative. Certainly more of a fan beer than anything.

Strong and heavy at first. Yet smooth with a alcohol after taste. Slightly carbonated full aroma.

The color of the beer is a classic copper with a golden foam. The aroma is malty and slightly smoky. The taste is also malty with some smoky notes. Tastes a little bit of wet cardboard and butterscotch despite the relatively thin body. A bit boring for being an ESB, I think

Bottled. Clear copper colour with a thin white head but lively carbonation. Malt, bread, and yeast on the nose. Good bread/yeast flavours to start, then a touch thin and acidic in the middle, but with a long, dry finish of bready flavours again. Not bad.

There are a lot of wines carrying the names of famous Rock or Metal bands. This is the only product that appears to be authentic. Itís not just the label. Bruce Dickinson, Iron Maidenís vocalist, was involved in developing this beer. Itís amber and smells of malt and citrus, which is due to the Cascade hops used besides Bobec and Goldings. It starts malty and reminds a bit of nuts, especially hazelnuts. It could be a bit more full-bodied, which doesnít mean it tastes watery. The finish is very convincing with its citrus-like hop aroma. The hop aroma and the malty character are well-balanced. Well done, Bruce!

Better than I was expecting. Most of these celebrity beers are pretty crappy. pours dark brown with a small white ring. Aroma is earthy malts with a small cascade hop. Taste is earthy malts with a light bitterness. Easy drinking but not very noteworthy.

Piękna etykieta. Barwa miedziana, piwo klarowne. Piana na 2 palce, biała, z trwałym kożuchem. Intensywny słodowy, lekko słodki aromat z odrobiną chmielu. W smaku podobnie - słodowa lekko słodka podbudowa, chmiel, nieco karmelu. Goryczka na średnim poziomie. Solidny średniak.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
500 ml bottle. Pours a clear light amber with a large, pillowy, off-white head. Aromas are heavy caramel malts, some grass/hay, and a lemon scent reminiscent of the "Realemon" you can buy at the grocery store. Tastes are mildly bitter, almost metallic, a little bit of carbon. Light body, creamy on the palate, medium length light coppery finish. This beer leaves me divided: I love Iron Maiden, I love beer, I do not love Iron Maiden's beer.
