COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The top product from the Rochefort Trappist brewery. Dark color, full and very impressive taste. Strong plum, raisin, and black currant palate, with ascending notes of vinousness and other complexities.

Flaske købt i brugsen i Fensmark.

0.33 l bottle from Alko. Big head, but dies quickly. Dark brown colour. Well, the taste is very complex - I’m not sure what I’m tasting. You have some bitterness and sweetnes, Belgian chocolate with butterscotch etc. I have to admit my taste is probably not developed enough to fully appreciate this.

Famous Trappist. The price is not excessive in relation to what it offers beer and reputation. The aroma is strong, fruity. The taste is full, thick beer, with a fruity aftertaste and typical alcoholic touch. 11% is a little - it is quite discreetly hidden. Excellent beer.

Can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review for what is likely my favourite beer. It's full flavoured. The whole palate experiences something. It has depth. Terrific balance. Enjoyed best out of the Rochefort chalice. For me Trappist beer is magical. Rochefort 10 is great on its own or with a meal. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I prefer to drink this after I drink a like primer beer first like a Hoegaarden or Fat Tire. Probably just because, being a Trappist, the alcohol content is higher than normal. This beer is the best beer I’ve ever tasted, you don’t even notice the 11% alc because it goes down smoother than any beer I’ve ever tasted. Many people saying the head doesn’t stay, actually it does. Yes it thins out, but when I drink it there is a thin yet apparent head that remains the entire time.

Amazing beer, my favorite that gets better with every sip. Plum flavor is strong, and i love the sweetness that makes this quad so drinkable yet also strong
