This beer, the oldest of the three Rochefort Trappist beers, has the reddish colour of autumn leaves, a soft body and an earthy, herbal palate (a hint of Darjeeling tea), which develops into a deep fruitiness.

Óriási, sokáig tartó piszkosfehér hab. Kissé élesztős, fűszeres illat, csekély gyümölcsös beütéssel. Finom karamelles, fűszeres ízvilág, de elmarad a nagyobb testvérektől. Kicsit sok a szénsav.

Underestimate beer, most people buy or taste Rochefort 8 or 10 but they forget this beauty. Perfect for food pairing.
