Bottle from Voldby Koebmandsgaard, DK - fuzzy brown with a beige head. Sweet roasted malts, slight chocolate, some toffee, dark dried fruits, nutty, icing sugar, lovely mouthfeel just like the 10. Beautiful.

Great aroma with deep chocolate and caramel. Smooth and refined. Great with a fine steak.

Belgian yeast, overripe plums, and sweet raisins dominate. Some of the bread and spice in the nose comes through in the finish. Carbonation is strong, but not overly sharp. Alcohol definitely comes through in the flavor. Delicious.

Bottle from cotteridge wines. Reddish brown ale with small head. Aroma of caramel, malts and dark fruits. Taste is malts, dark fruits, sweet dark toffee and an alcohol kick. Medium carbonation that bounces the flavours around, medium bodied. This is world class, the best beer I have tasted so far. Wow.

Slightly darker and just as inviting as the 6, with a beautiful head and flaky yeast bits. All sorts of sweet dark fruits entering the nose; plums and blackcurrant. Taste is complex and heavy and slightly sweeter than the 6. Some alcohol noticeable and finishes with a less subtle bitterness than the 6, which made the beer a bit less impeccably balanced.

Svår att ratea. Spritsig och mycket kolsyra. Bubblar fett i munnen. Både gillar och känner viss avsmak. Svårt att bestämma mig här
