Bottle 33cl @ [ Tasting in Ulfborg ].
Light unclear dark red amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, dark berry, raisin, brown sugar, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. (110708)

Courtesy of Fonefan. It’s a dark, red mahogany color and the head is dense. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, raisin and other dried fruits. The flavour has sweetness, notes of raisin and other dried, dark fruits, candy sugar, caramel, malt and in spite of the 10% there is very little alcohol in the flavour. A pleasant beer to sip.

Bottle (vintage 2002) from hildigöltur’s beer cellar (thanks!). Deep hazy mahogny with a minimal off-white head. Nutty, fruity, slightly roasted aroma with wooden notes. Soft mouthfeel with low carbonation. Very well balanced, the 10 % alcohol are remarkably well hidden.

Bottled. 2002. Thanks ekstedt. ’ Dark brown colour with moderate head. Tidbits, caramel and dried fruits in aroma. Rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, toast malts and tidbits with slight chocolatey edge. Medium-full body. Bit sweet, but not overly in my opinion.
