MiBGF 07: Muddled brown with an okay creamy head. The aroma has notes of wild grains, slight pear and earthy esters, floral and grassy Nobel hops, and just a hint of saffron. The taste has a nice balance of malt and hops with a crisp clean finish. A light handed citric and flowery note also found within. The mouth feel is lively and quite refreshing. An outstanding example of the style.
