COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This stout is not as bitter as the Sacri-licious Stout. It is brewed with milk sugar(lactose) to impart a fuller body and sweeter palate.

A little on the thin side, but good flavors all the way around. Liked the milk and creamyness it had. Just a little coffee in it to make it have a stout feel. Easy drinkable and nice balance. I’d drink a few more of these.

MiBGF 07: Nearly opaque with a nice creamy head and very good lace. The aroma has notes of bittersweet and milk chocolates, roasty malts, plum, smoke , lactic sourness and a bit yeasty. The taste has a nice creamy sweetness supported by mild acidity and lactic twang. The finish displays some coffee and hop bitterness. The mouth feel is creamy and smooth. This was a very solid brew and worth a try.

On tap: Dark chocolate and roasted coffee aroma. Dark brown, virtually black, with a small tan head. Okay lacing. Real light up front. Light roasted malt. NIce roasted coffee and dark chocolate finish. Light hops in the finish. Seems a little thin for a stout.

Excellent head and strong lace. Great dark brown color. Smooth and Soft come to mind when drinking this one. Sweet without being cloying and just the right bitterness behind the chocolate flavoring. Very Good!

Much better done that the Sac-relige - this one has body and is considerably smooth, with a sweetish edge to the roasty notes.
