Rochester Mills Three Cs

Bottled, left over from the Falling Rock Alpha King challenge during the ’04 GABF. This is a regular offering from the brewpub, however. Hazy amber body with a long-lasting stiff head. Appetizing aroma of strawberry, pear, and a touch of grapefruit flesh. Remarkably fruity. In the flavor the hops come out to play featuring peppery spruciness, pear, and some generic caramel sweetness. A rather good IPA - has a some unique flavors that set it apart from most others.
