COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is an American IPA fermented with our house strain of Belgian yeast. The beer has a soft copper body, malty and balanced with 70 IBU from our Columbus bittering hop addition. The hops then transition into flavoring hop additions during the last 30 minutes of brewing. At the end of the brew we add buckets full of aroma hops and ferment at a warm temperature. Then to capture even more hop flavors and aromas we poured more buckets full of hops directly into the beer (dry hop) and allow the beer to rest and absorb all the delicious hop goodness.

Bottle from Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam. Pours light hazy caramel orange with a huge creamy beige head. Aroma of typical "Belgian yeasts", citrus and caramel. Taste is nice hoppy bitterness, pine and citrus all the way, a big surprise this beer, and a good one.

Pours a hazy amber with a generous sustained head. Smells of candied citrus, metallic, soapy, floral, some hay, some hints of pepper. Tastes resiny and funky with a citrussy kick and a dry finish. Enjoyable.

I LIKE THIS!!! Pours a light copper color. Would have liked the head to last longer before disipating to a fine lace. Really good hoppy aroma. The taste is a really nice floral hoppy taste, light and really nice. The back side is equally as good! Did I mention, I LIKE THIS!!!

22 oz bottle. Pours a rich looking copper color with a 1" fluffy white head that recedes leaving some nice lace. Aroma is grapefruit and other citrus along with grassy, floral hops and that Belgian yeast funky smell I love. Taste is pine and citrus hops tamed down a notch by the Belgian yeast. This is a terrific combination.Palate is soft at first, then the hop acidity and carbonation kicks in for a bitter finish. Very interesting style.

Shared bottle courtesy of gunnar. Murky orange golden with a light brown head that fades into a film and leaves a good. Belgo yeast spices in the aroma along with sour hints, alcohol, hoppy and malty notes that are also present in the mouth. Sweet, alcoholic, bitter and acidic flavors are present with a dry bitterness in the finish. Medium body.

Pours deep amber into snifter. Off-white conglomerate head with excellent retention leaves spot lacing as it recedes to coat surface. Orange citrus and yeasty hay aromas. Dry with caramel and bread upfront turning to dough before a lasting pine and citrus finish.

22 ounce bottle from Julio’s in Duvel glass. Copper with flat head, nice lace, and a few floaters. Mild lemon pastry aroma (for style) some fresh hop yeast and a hint of caramel. Mild toffee and citrus yeasty with a little nuts and citrus medium dry finishing bitter bite. I love this style, so this is good, but it’s not the best of style which are more perfumy aromatic citrus yeast forward lighter body and dryer. Still, very enjoyable.

Bottle at Funky 6. Porus cloudy amber with a modest, off-white head. Holds a nice citrus hop aroma with some malts and yeast. Fairly sweet with light caramel and some pine and fruit hops. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with some malty sweetness, Belgian yeast and lingering bitterness. Good stuff.
