COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is an English style ale. Amber in color, a caramel sweet body balanced with a generous portion of East Kent Goldings hops for a floral finish. Pale, carapils, crystal and black malts are used exclusively with East Kent Golding hops.

Bouteille de 22 oz achetée au Cabot Annex Store à Waterbury Center, VT. Arôme: Odeur de caramel et de cerises. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée foncée. Présence d’un mince col pétillant avec une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de caramel. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture mince. L’effervescence en bouche est moyenne. 22oz bomber: Pours copper/amber with a thin white head. Smells of yogurt, malt. Taste is tangy with elements of yogurt, cherries, some mild hoppy notes and a peppery finish. I don’t know what the hell this is trying to be so it must be a Rock Art brew.
