A Light refreshing ale brewed with fresh cracked coriander seeds, a dash of orange peel and fermented with a yeast that compliments the malt and spice flavors. Serve well chilled, pour into a wide mouth glass with an inch or so of head. Garnish with a thin slice of orange if you wish. Sit back, relax and inhale the aromas as you begin to sip, you have now entered your comfort zone. For a "SLOW" experience try it with a fresh tropical fruit salad, picnic lunch at the park, small cubes of cold GOUDA cheese or grilled shrimp kabobs and fire roasted corn. 10 IBU.

This was poured into a mug. The appearance was a light yellow color with a fast rising carbonation to hit a quickly dissipating slim foamy to bubbly white head. No lacing appeared around the glass. The smell started off with a blend of coriander, orange peel and light biscuits/breadiness. Black pepper slides into balance. The taste was moderately spicy with a slight sweetness underneath from the breadiness. It has a moderately sweet/semi-spicy aftertaste with no finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a really nice sessionability about it. Carbonation hits my tongue really light allowing the breadiness to smooth things out. Spices of the black pepper and coriander end up striking just enough in the harshness department. Overall, this was a nice witbier that would definitely pair well with its respected food.

Aroma: The nose is grainy mostly, a good amount of spice, and some herbal notes as well
Appearance: It pours a mostly clear golden color with a small, fizzy head and light lace
Flavor: The flavor is similar to the aroma component-wise, lightly sweet, light-medium bitter
Palate: The body is light-medium, fairly fizzy, fairly drinkable, and a little dry as well
Overall Impression: Not a bad summer thirst quencher. It seems to be a little too over carbonated, but otherwise, it does what it is trying to do.

From the 22 fl. oz. bottle. It pours a cloudy pale yellow with a tremendous white head. The aroma is fabulous with a lot of Belgian abbey qualities to it including clove, coriander, candied sugar, biscuit malts, and light hops. Light body. The taste also has a good spice, lemongrass, citrus and biscuit malt quality with downplayed hops. But the hops are clean. I am surprised it gets weak reviews. I think this is one of the better summer ales I have had.

Highly spicey aroma of coriander and cumin. Dark gold color with a head that disappears quickly. Coriander doesn’t balance well with the orange peel. To bitter to taste the banana flavor often found in witbiers. Average texture and average carbonation. Just an average witbier.

Hazy gold, big head. Flowery yeasty aroma. VERY sweet flavor. Wheat, flowery hops, bit of a bite!
