COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Light refreshing ale brewed with fresh cracked coriander seeds, a dash of orange peel and fermented with a yeast that compliments the malt and spice flavors. Serve well chilled, pour into a wide mouth glass with an inch or so of head. Garnish with a thin slice of orange if you wish. Sit back, relax and inhale the aromas as you begin to sip, you have now entered your comfort zone. For a "SLOW" experience try it with a fresh tropical fruit salad, picnic lunch at the park, small cubes of cold GOUDA cheese or grilled shrimp kabobs and fire roasted corn. 10 IBU.

Taster at the source. Pours light orange gold with a white head. Aroma of tangerine, wet hay, yeast. Taste is wheat, sligh barnyard funk, finish is corriander, slightly mineral.

As advertised... Light refreshing summer brew... Belgian yeast aftertaste... The orange slice nicely milds the yeast finish ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Thanks to Gauci for the bottle. Pours a Hazy gold with a thin white head. Big coriander and malt aroma. Spicy malty taste, light on the hops. REfreshing summer beer.

From the 22 fl. oz. bottle. It pours a cloudy pale yellow with a tremendous white head. The aroma is fabulous with a lot of Belgian abbey qualities to it including clove, coriander, candied sugar, biscuit malts, and light hops. Light body. The taste also has a good spice, lemongrass, citrus and biscuit malt quality with downplayed hops. But the hops are clean. I am surprised it gets weak reviews. I think this is one of the better summer ales I have had.

Highly spicey aroma of coriander and cumin. Dark gold color with a head that disappears quickly. Coriander doesn’t balance well with the orange peel. To bitter to taste the banana flavor often found in witbiers. Average texture and average carbonation. Just an average witbier.

Hazy gold, big head. Flowery yeasty aroma. VERY sweet flavor. Wheat, flowery hops, bit of a bite!

Clear yellow pour with a tall white head. Aroma of grain, spice, and orange peel. Refreshing flavor with a solid spice ending after a cereal and citrus beginning. Decent beer.

22 oz bottle. The pour is a very cloudy pale yellow with a small soapy white head. Head left small spotty lacing in my Weizen glass. Pleasing aroma of wheat, yeast, and many different spices: The taste is much the same, (mostly coriander) with a light bitter after taste, plus a hint of pepper at the end as well. The mouthfeel is light. It is fairly true to the style. It’s like drinking and remembering a small piece of the summer. Thanks AirForceHops!
