Taste is moderately sweet, raisin/prune, caramel, nut, some alcohol. Some alcohol dryness in the finish. Light-medium body, some chalkiness, does a poor job of holding the alcohol.

So what is this beer? Belgain strong ale? Brown Ale? Get a bottle and let me know what you think because I have no idea. But it is pretty good. World class? No. But good anyway.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A dark brown body with a bit of white head. Recent from the brewery itself. Yeast aroma. The taste was a bit Rochfort-like and drying. Hop bitterness in the end. Not as full mouthfeel as I would like, but a satisfying Belgian effort nevertheless and one of the better ones from this brewery that I have tried.
