A good stout, pouring black with a slight caramel head, tasting of oats, barley, and a bit of roasted coffee, backstopped by semi-sweet chocolate and a bit of alcohol warmth.

This is a cask version of the Saguaro stout that has chocolate added to it. This beer has a wispy tan head that sits atop a beer that is black in color with ruby highlights. The aroma seems a bit more subtle than the Saguaro stout, but is basically the same with notes of coffee and chocolate. This beer is served much warmer, a bit less carbonated and has a finish that is dominated by the evident chocolate note. I actually like this better that the regular because the chocolate hides the slight grain husk harshness that is in the regular beer.

Black with a big thick head. Aroma is sweet roasty malt and chocolate. Heavy chocolate and roast malt flavor. Good medium body stout.
