Flavor was nutty, caramel malts toffee and coffee. Medium body to it. Okay beer" awaisanen (1279), Irvine, California, USA

Tons of chocolate, along with a touch of toasted biscuit are up front in the nose. Wow, after my first taste I am impressed. This is much more flavorful, balanced, thick, and chocolatey than the Irish stout I had a few minutes before. There’s also a tiny touch of hops that give this beer a subtle extra dimension. Overall, my favorite brew out of the standard rotations. Rooney31 (42), USA

There were many levels of flavors, first sweet malts, then pine hoppiness, followed by slightly bitter finish leaving you with a caramel and coffee aftertaste. lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA

Smell is really nice and roasty with light coffee and chocolately notes. Taste is roasty and coffee like maltiness but thin, like most of the regular offerings. Light bitter roasty cocoa powder finish. Still a good brown, all around. MikeF (528), Cleveland, Ohio, USA

Light caramel and roasted malt aroma. Toasty flavor, with some chocolate malt and a hint of milk chocolate. Creamy and sticky, which was a surprise. Pretty tasty. Dogbrick (2925), Columbus, Ohio, USA
