On tap at Rock Bottom Chicago. Poured cloudy pale golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma picked up sweet banana and vanilla upfront, with pale, nondescript malts behind.. nothing groundbreaking, but OK for the style. The flavor found enough tangy orange zest to balance out the heavy banana and vanilla sweetness from the nose.. almost.. the sweets took over on the back-end and un-refreshinged the finish. Light-medium bodied with lower carbonation on the palate.. sweeter than I wanted, but drinkable.
