COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crafted in the artisanal fashion of the farmhouse breweries that dot the shared border of France and Belgium. Light-bodied, crist, golden ale with hints of tartness and spiced with cardamom. Extra refreshing for the heat of late summer.

Draught at the brewpub. Golden with a lasting, fluffy white head. Tons of spicy cardamom in the aroma with a touch of fruity and dusty yeast underneath. The flavor is on the dry side with a strong spice in the finish and some fruitiness holding it together. Seems rather one dimensional with all that cardamom, but I was getting into it.

Pours clear gold with a white head. Noise is spicy, pepper, and coriander. Little bit of yeast and banana. Well made saison.

Draft at RBC. Pours a mostly clear gold with fluffy white head that lasts to the bottom. Nose is spicy, cardamom, white pepper and coriander. Yeast is the dominant character, though a bit too much banana perhaps. On taste, more of the prickly pepper type notes, lemon and cardamom. Pretty well made saison and the first Belgian I’ve had from Chris, iirc. Nice.
