On draft at the brewery. Golden orange with a white head. Light malts dough citrus in the aroma. Lightly sweet some noble hop bitterness. The hops could be upped here. It’s a little sweet. But good stuff. 7/3/7/4/15

draft. Pours light yellow wh head nose is nice and fresh grassy earthy, flavors have nice fresh grass and pepper with sweet honey base clean but a bit too heavy and sweet. Solid

DrnkMcDermott (2776) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - JUN 6, 2011
Draft at RB Chicago. Current batch is listed at 5.9%. More brassy color than most pilseners. Clear golden body with a few bubbles feeding a golden head. Alight malty smell, again proper for the style. I have to say the taste is merely standard. Smooth grains, with hops just there for balance. Nothing really leaps out at me. Looks nice once the Mug is nearly finished, with thick lace nearly all the way down the glass. Then there’s a slight surprise of minty hop flavor in the middle.

NobleSquirrel (3437) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - NOV 5, 2010
Draft at RBC. Pours a deep gold with a sticky white head. Nose is spicy Saaz hops and bread pils malts. Nice nose. On taste, big a bready malts offer a great body, the hops balance quite well, offering the spicy Saaz notes. It is your standard Boh Pils, but it is pretty damn good and shows again that Chris can brew some lager!

Much sweeter than I thought it would be an less hoppy. I rather enjoyed it. Serving: Tap

DuffMan (6462) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 16, 2010
Part of a sampler at the brewpub. Clear light golden, clingy white head. Slightly sweaty grainy aroma, some grassy hop nuances in the background. Clean grainy flavour, again a little sweaty, crisp dry finish. Not much assertiveness in the hops.
