3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
At RB Chicago: Very light yellow with a nice enough head. Nice crisp edge with a lightly tart finish. For a "light" this is pretty good stuff.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pale Yellow Coloring with Small White Head. Some Malt/Grains and Sweet Strains...and I say Strains, as the Flavor Most Certainly is Straining to be Existant in This Brew.....and Unfortunatly Fails in its Quest to Satisfy.

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pale yellow color with a thin film of a head. No real aroma to mention. Thin grains in the taste. Yeah... it’s a light alright...

0.6 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
UPDATED: NOV 15, 2007 Piss yellow colored with a thin white head and no retention. Aroma was very similar to a BMC, had that rubbery smell. I couldn’t distinguish anything about this to set it apart from a BMC in the flavor either.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Clear, light yellow with a small white and fizzy head. Head is mostly diminishing. Light grain aroma, with mild hops and grass. Corn and cardboard with a slightly medicinal flavor. Medium body with soft carbonation. Metallic finish.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
UPDATED: OCT 10, 2007 Draft, sampler. One of those "light" beers that corporate brewpubs are required to keep on tap. Has that slightly metallic off flavor of a lite beer, but otherwise, not really terrible. There’s simply not too much you can do with this style.
Re-sampled, Oct. 8, 2007. Not much that changes my rating, but I’m surprised to note that I liked Tim Marshall’s version at the Yorktown location better. Maybe it’s because I had that in a mug and I’m piecing this out from a sampler.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tap, Chicago. Not a ton of aroma. Corny malt flavor, but clean and nondescript.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Light yellow. Undistinguishable malt notes and bland, boring hops in the finish. Not very good, but decent to clean the palate between beers in the sampler.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
For a light beer, I found this surprisingly flavorful, decently hopped--again, for its style. Tingling carbonation that prevents a watery feel, obviously a pale yellow. But kudos to all those Bud Light drinkers who find they prefer this. (on tap, Rock Bottom, downtown Chicago, IL)

Mild and forgettable. Zzzzzzz. A real snoozer if you’re a beer buff, cuz you won’t find solace in a pint of this piss.
