Sampled on tap at RockFest (Chicago, IL). Pours a nice hazy golden amber, small whitish head, laces ok. Aromas are a blast of hops, grapefruit and gumball, florals and lemon, a touch of tropical fruit is very nice. Pale malts and bread. Initial is lighter medium bodied, good bitterness of grapefruit, gumball, florals, a touch tropical. Pretty good bitterness, solid malts, lingering floral, pine bitterness. Tasty.

Draft at RBC. Pours a slight hazed copper with fluffy head. I was surprised to find that it was called Centennial IPA, given the typical nature of the Simcorillo blend being pronounce. The Centennial do bring out some clean C-hop notes, but overall remain subdued. This is another example of Pete’s refining IPA recipes. Loads of tropical fruits and a bracing, slightly harsh bitterness. Malt holds up quite well. Pretty solid IPA.
