Draft at Rock Bottom Chicago. Pours a slightly hazed golden bronze, slight copper tinting, fluffy white head. Nose is lots of white pepper, some clove and fruity esters. Hops in the back ground. Sufficient malt components as well. On tasting, the phenolic component numbs a bit. Lots of spicy yeast character and fruitiness. Not my favorite yeast profile, but not awful. Pretty standard Saison.
