COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This super hoppy India Pale ale is brewed and dry hopped with ultra aromatic hops called Amarillo and Simcoe creating a floral, bitter and amazingly great smelling brew. The royal brew of the hop kingdom!

From the tap this poured a hazy, cloudy orange body with a good-lacing, rocky off-white head. Just a bit of caramel makes it to the nose, the main course being a pine, cirus zest, grapefruit, and earthy bitterness. Its got a medium body and and has a light caramel sweetness thats soon overpowered by the hops - good for me. Bad for me, the bitterness seemed to end rather abruptly in the finish. Still, a solid drink.

from a growler, pours hazy golden with small white head. nose is hoppy but not as hoppy as id expect from the name. some PNW pine, floral, and grapefruit. flavor is clean, refreshing, with reasonable amount of grapefruit and citrus hop flavor. no alcohol noticed. this is a fine but uninspiring iipa.

On tap at R.B. Chicago. Poured a slightly hazy medium golden with a short white head and some lacing. Nose was of soft, sweet grapefruit, some candy-like sweetness, and pine and alcohol sharpness. Flavor had a heavier focus on juicy and bitter pine, grapefruit, and pear hops... sweet caramel and grapefruit meat at the base.. quite tasty with sweet caramel at the long finish. Smooth middle with nice bitterness diffusing outward... medium-bodied. Very good brew!
