3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a dark brown with a thin tan head. Very light aroma, malt, dark fruit. Good flavor though. Toffee, lots of malt, dark fruit, and finished a little bit smokey for me. Another solid beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewpub - This poured a deep chestnut body with a respectable off-white head. It had a rich malty aroma, a slight roasty touch, and dark dried fruits. Those were blended with sweet red cherries, toffee and caramel, and some chocolate powder notes. Very nice brew on a dismal, cold, rainy day.
