Draft at FoBAB 8. Pours a decent golden with white head. Nose is fruity, perhaps fruity pebbles? Bread and vinegar as well. A bit too much aceto for my tastes. On taste, intensely soured, both lacto and aceto coming through. Fruity as well. My main beef is that the ferment is a bit messy with too much acetic acid and not enough dryness. With a bit of tweeking, could be pretty tasty, though.

Sampled at FoBAB 2010 (Chicago, IL). Pours a nice golden hue, glowing and hazy, with glowing fire, nice haze, a decent head dies down and laces small. Aromas are brett, lactic acid and lemony citrus, some dark fruit, citrus fruit, decent sourness. Funky barnyard and farmhouse, dust, leather. Initial is tart citrus and apple, decent acidity, touches of vinegar, bread, vanilla, touches of oaky tannins, dry funky brett! Tasty, citrusy sour, acidic with nice fruity lemon peel, fruit, touches of grapefruit, white wine peeks through. Nice. A bit over sour, not necessarily balanced, but appealing to a sourhead. Tasty
