3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the Chicago location. Vibrant rose pink colour. Rather murky looking. Plenty of fruit in evidence. The fruit is quite sharp and tart - not too sweet and sickly. Fruit beers are not really my thing but this was quite pleasant.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at RB - Chicago. Poured a deep, hazy pinkish-amber with a short off-white head. Aroma had a dry wheaty base with some sort of awfully-familiar blackberry liqueur.. the next hit from the fruit was rather fresh. Flavor found blackberry puree on top of a grainy, lighter toasted wheat core.. some vegetal undertones detract a bit, but this was still drinkable. Lighter-bodied on the palate with some points a touch too grainy.. watery at a couple other points.. nice and creamy middle. Quite solid for what it is.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the brewpub. Poured a cloudy purple-yellow color. Head was white with good retention and lacing. Aroma was of subdued berries and a hint of grain. Tasted of honey touched grain and subdued berries with a pleasant fresh malty cereal grain aftertaste.
