Draft sample at CBW 2012. Poured dark clear brown color with a large frothy brown head that mostly lasted and produced good lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted dark chocolate, wood and bourbon aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture with flat carbonation. Medium to heavy complex bourbon sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish that was long lasting with a small alcohol bite. Standout well balanced barrel brew.
