COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian IPA with just the right amount of American hops to compliment the slightly spicy, fruity Belgian yeast. The 3 styles of American hops are: Amarillo, Centennial, & Cascade.

Draft. Poured a deep amber with a large frothy off-white head that lasted and produced good lacing. Solid yeast and hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy complex hop flavor with a moderate to heavy smooth bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. Very good complex brew.
