Tap. Poured a clear dark copper color with a moderate fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Medium to heavy woody balanced sweet & sour aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy woody sour & sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet & sour finish of moderate to long duration. Smooth complex drinkable brew.
